With over 18 years advertising industry experience Becky has brought her own brand of creative magic to many regions and clients. Her mantelpiece is stacked with over 20 awards from across Europe representing the cross-discipline, creative thinking Becky has become known for.
She is also a key proponent for industry change, spearheading many initiatives; from the pilot of The Girlhood programme within FCB Inferno as a new path for recruiting creative talent, to leading The Girl Effect (Rwanda) project championing a new future, to active roles with SheSays & Who’s Your Momma in the UK and Australia. Becky took the next step in 2014 to partner Ali Hanan and launch Creative Equals – the kite mark of gender diversity for creative agencies. She continues in a non-exec director role, as the initiative moves to the next level.
Whether it’s as part of the IPA Talent & Leadership committee, Women of Tomorrow awards judge or top Influencer of the year as awarded by CreativePool, Becky keeps the need for greater diversity in the search for better creative work, front and centre.
